Todd Ruckle

Councilman Ruckle was elected to his first term in April of 2014 and reelected in 2015. Todd was born at the old Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice in 1994. He purchased his first home in Stafford in 1996 and currently lives in the same home.

Todd has been married since 2005 to his wife Maria and they have four children.

Work Experience
Todd is President of the second largest real estate team with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in the state of Delaware.  His team is based out of the Newark Office. He has been a licensed realtor for 14 years. He is dedicating to serving his clients and the public with ethics and integrity.

Before returning to the local real estate market in 2012, Todd was the Director of Relocation and Business Development for Coldwell Banker for the State of Maryland and Lower Delaware. He had 17 offices and was responsible for training and educating 350 agents on all aspects of relocation. Todd also developed strong relationships with the local business community.

Prior to this role Todd was a Relocation Service Manager for Xonex Relocation where he transitioned over 2500 executives from all over the United State, Mexico and Canada.

Prior to real estate, Todd was a Fraud investigator/manager for 11 years in the banking industry.
